Microsoft Software
You can get free Microsoft software to students and families with education-specific content that supports your child's academic improvement.
The Microsoft 365 A5 for students use benefit license allows students to download Office on their personal computers. This includes access to all the Office desktop apps including Microsoft Teams, with best-in-class security, compliance, and analytics. Students can install the latest version of Office on up to five PC or Mac computers and on other mobile devices, including Windows tablets and the iPad.

NYCPS Student Accounts
The DOE has created student accounts for every single New York City public school student, Pre-k-8.The account gives your student access to NYCPS Accounts, which is how students access:
- Student report cards (available in the Student Documents icon)
- Multiple educational applications
- G Suite, Microsoft O365, and Zoom (using secure central accounts)
